right now i'm using black eyeliner (lower) , black mascara (define-a-lash) , light and dark grey eyeshadow. just to give u an idea of the look i'm going for ..vanessa hudgen's eyes. Any help??THank you!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
Best Answer:white eyeliner along the waterline.. and be very careful with the black eyeliner on the lower lashes! it can make your eyes look much smaller. i would try mascara instead. and use an eyelash curler. it opens up your eyes a lot.
Answer:I would use the black eyeliner on the upper eyelid near your lashes and then if you are going to put it on the lower part of your eyes smudge your black eyeliner along the part where the hairs of your lower eyelashes are. If you put it in the eyelid part it will make your eye's appear smaller. I have big eye's and these are the things I try to avoid doing because I don't want them to appear any bigger than what they already are.
Answer:The key to making eyes bigger is to focus on light shades. Dark ones will make eyes appear even smaller. Sweep a light shade over lid, then shade the outer corner of the lid and the crease with a darker shade. Line the outer upper and lower lids with eyeliner making sure to taper a bit outside the eye (elongating it). Lastly, a dab of white or cream shadow in the middle of the browbone will make eyes pop. (A word of warning: make sure brows are perfectly plucked, otherwise stray hairs will stand out as if lit by klieg lights).

apply with a concealer brush dipped in water on bottome lashlines but not inner rims and apply near the tear duct as well. also highlight under the brow. curl the lashes with an eyelash curler. Put two coats of an all in o ne mascara on top lashes and one coat on bottom. Brush through with a declumping comb. then get either aquaphor or vaseline and apply vertically down the middle of the eyelid. don't apply much and don't blend.
Answer:i think people look weird with eyeliner on the bottom, it makes the lower lid look like it's turning inside out. instead, i think a softer shadow to "line" the bottoms look so much better and softer than putting a hard, dark, heavy line that makes most women look trashy.

Answer:You have gotten some bad answers here.
You actually need to sweep a white almost opaque color in the inside corner of your lid. ( by your nose ). Also, sweep a bit of the same color under your brow bone then layer your shadows from there.
Answer:long eyelashes gives the illusion of big eyes.
stay away from smokey eyeshadow, that will make them appear smaller.
if you want to use grey eyeshadow, i'd do a sparkely silver.
liner on the bottom should work also.
