- I'm 14 almost 15 year old girl and i might want to get my lip or nose pierced. I want something simple without stretching and something that will not damage my teeth. Does it hurt? Does an one have any suggestions of how I should convince my mom? And also: If later in life I want to take it out, what sort of mark will be there?
To my haterzz: idc if you are against piercings. It's my body and I can do what i want to it. So please just don't post mean comments on this. You're wasting your time, sweetie : )

Well, you can elimante toungue piercings, they ruin your teeth. if you don't wear the right ring, sometimes lip piercings can damage your teeth, but if i were to pick a piercing I would pick the lip piercing. Nose peircings are good, but i hear they hurt more than lip piercings. As for convincing your mom, i don't know how that would work. Maybe you should bring up that you think you are responsible and really would like her to consider letting you get it since your turning 15.

Getting your nose.. doesn't hurt much, at the time, after its sore, a bit, well yeah, depends on you..
and the hole afterwards, is barely noticable, when you take it out.. so thats a plus, unless someone is EXAMINING your face =P DOUBT...
And witht he Lip..
Well at the time, it deosnt hurt, ive heard, it doesnt hurt at all...but then after, like a couple hours after.. it hurts like a b*tch.. and my friend said it hurts to eat, and drink, and she had to avoid TOUCHING her lip, and it was all swollen, most peopls swells.. an yeah.. and after you ahave to like rinse your mouth with warm water and salt for like 2 weeks after, not so wonderful. and the hole is kinda, very noticable when you take it out.. cause most the time, it slightly scars, so its pinky red.. and its seeable. =] so.. depeds what you want.. there you go.

I got my Labret pierced and the back of the jewelry rubs against the gums and over time it can cause it to break down (I'm not planning on wearing it that long though.)
- Answer:i have my eyebrow, nose, ears, bellybottom, tongue, and nipples pierced and im only 18.... but honestly id wait a year before getting anything.... its a permanant hole in your body
