04/26/2008Why does my fax send but not receive?
- Before I incur charges to have someone check it out, I would like to know if there is something I should look at in the Menu to get it to receive.
- Best Answer:make sure your fax is set to "FAX ONLY" or "FAX/TEL"
setting your fax to "MANUAL" will require you to press the HOOK button to begin receiving each fax
