- Once again, my boss asks me to tell her if something is wrong. If I tell her she gets upset and starts accusing everyone, especially me, of screwing everyone up. No one checks the problem. No one tries to solve the problem. She just runs around blaming everyone. If I don’t tell her when something is wrong; she gets mad at me for not telling her. She demands that I know what’s wrong at all times. When she finds out that it’s wasn’t my fault, she doesn’t even say she’s sorry or she’ll give a back handed sarcastic apology, like “So I was wrong this one time, sorry.” This happens at least once a week. Last week, co-workers put a big sign on my desk that said “SCREW UP!!!!”; in big letters. This pisses me off, but I can’t quit because I make good money and if I quit now, I can lose my retirement and maybe my home. My sister told me to make a journal, and I have, but what good is a journal; if no one believes it. They really can’t fire me, but my reputation has been destroyed.
- Best Answer:Best advice would be perhaps to swallow up insults and keep on working, if you can't do anything else.... what say..!
- Answer:Tell your boss the complete things as you face and feel....she will understand ...telling the truth even if bitter, always pays
