04/27/2008What's the worst financial mistake you ever made?
- I wish I had taken the time to actually get educated about credit cards on my own before using them.
- Best Answer:Not investing more when I was a teenager. If I'd invested more, I wouldn't be working 2 jobs at the moment to kickstart my goals.
Other than that, I don't really have any financial regrets. I've never used credit cards, had car loans, or misused debt.

I should have listened to and read the books of Suze Orman, financial expert, who gives the best financial advice I have ever heard.
- Answer:just signing anything that my ex husband put in front of my face to sign without knowing what I was doing- later ended up having to file BR after he left me with all the bills and 2 cars to pay for.- butthole- ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING! KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LOVE SOMEONE! :)
- Answer:I shorted Yahoo too soon. I knew it was overvalued in the 90's and would tumble one day. But I did it too soon and watched it climb further. Cost me about $100,000. But other stocks have more than made up for that mistake.
