- Best Answer:Go to the courthouse and request a list of all liens on a property. You can also contact a Title Company to do what's called an O & E Report (Ownership and Encumbrance). This will tell you exactly what liens are filed against a property.
- Answer:That info is public record and will be available from your county clerk. Some have this info on their website, and some do not. If it is not on their website you will need to go to the clerk's office (usually in the county courthouse) and request to see it.
