- Answer:Here are instruction on how to do so using MS Paint, Ifranview (safe and free downloadable program), and GIFanimator (which is also a free, safe downloadable program).
A "blinkie" is the animated GIF.
I understand it's Neopets, but this is a great step-by-step tutorial that can be used outside of Neopets. The only thing is you have to do a little more thinking of how do make a "blinkie" your way.
- Answer:Simple simple solution. If you took pictures already and you wanna make it look like a movie, then go ahead and download UnFreez--the only thing with UnFreez, is that the pictures have to already be in .gif format, if not it wont work.
Now if you wanna start from scratch, then go ahead and go with something like Animation Shop by Jasc. With that one you can create your own frame-by-frame GIF animation from scratch. :)
