- If I delete them Would I get trouble or not?

There are big chances, you will be reinstalling Windows, I can bet on it.
- Answer:NEVER EVER delete any registry using regedit unless you know what you're doing. It may cause your system corrupt
- Answer:DO NOT MESS WITH THE REGISTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you have been warned....... the fastest way to mess up a computer is to go into the registry when you dont know what you are doing!!!!!!
